All of your answers are sarcastic. Try being serious and giving answers that can be of use to someone.

Your on a level 2 and 6% Best Answers. That isn't bad.

I know I have a problem sometimes with the questions being asked. Who ever said, "There isn't such thing as a dumb question...." Never spent any time on this site. I don't expect to get best answer if I am doing wit or satire, all I want is a smile.

Some questions provoke a thoughtful response and others, factual or heart felt. You don't always know by how short the question is, the motivation behind the question or the thought process. That is why it is unique to have a forum that allows a wide variety of answers to choose from. And if there can only be one best answer, usually the first one that says it, gets the prize regardless how ever many are out there.

Just remember it is like the comedy show, "Who's line is it anyway? Points are given for whatever reason and the points don't matter.

This isn't really all about that. People select humor, they select what they want to hear rather than what's right, they even select friends.

If you want you can make an art of it. If a person ask, "Isn't it true? All you have to do is say yes to that; agree with what they say. You can also search for zero answer questions and be the only one.

Oh ya, and if you write too much any little thing you put that they don't like can throw you out of the race. So, less is better.

But don't go with that. Enjoy it, put it out there as it is.

I don't know, sometimes people like to pick answers that agree with there own personal beliefs. Could be that. And also I notice that I often would say something similar to the one that was picked as best answer so luck of the draw I guess! Oh now I see, I just read some of your answers, now I know why you do not get best answer, lol.

Get in quick, be informative BUT try to be a bit humorous and off the wall too. I've managed to get up to 20% with this tactic and it seems to be paying off. Not sure if you can look at some of my past best answers by clicking on my Id but feel free if you can.

Sometime people just choose one of the first answers or the one they agree with most as best answer. When a question goes up for voting, people often vote for the first answer listed.

I am sure you try very hard otherwise you would not feel badly.

You should try to answer questions that you are very knowledgeable at. Pick a category that is your forte. That will help you get a best answer.

It appears that not everyone (or not more than 6%) agree with you. Earlier answers have a better chance of being picked and make sure that you vote for your own answer.

It depends on the number of people who answer, it pays to get in quick as most don't bother to read all replies, find one they like and select it as best

Good question. If you answer later than the first 'correct' answer, then chances are the questioner has stopped reading and missed your response.
