No she is not. Modeling's Agency and agents have to follow fashion requirements established by Fashion Designers. If designers request certain type of body and weight, agencies have to present to them just that, otherwise, they will not close a contract with your agent. Modeling Agency will only be able to keep their business running if they can please their clients. This is exactly the case of Janice Dickinson, whom have requested for the models to have the weight that fashion designers has established today. The weight problem we have seem publicized in magazines, is the one dictated by fashion designers.
The death of a Brazilian model caused by anorexia last year, made Milan to start a campaign against anorexia.
Fashion designers are those responsible to promote eating disorders not the Agency.
The real question is why they have done this? Well, if you take a closer look, you will observe there is a double standard. Males models are not required to be anorexia while females model are. The fashion industry in its majority is administarated by homosexuals (no offense). They created a standard where the women's natural shape (curves) are banned from the fashion world, valorizing a body without curves, a body like theirs own body, like a men's body. A body of male or female with anorexia looks the same. If men start to admire that type of women's body, there bodies, the anoreia ones, can be admiered as well.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

yes, but no. models are told every day they need to loose weight by some clothing line or employer. I even heard about this model who was told to lose weight when she weighed 110 at 5'11 and she ate tissue to stay full and she ended up dying. Janice was once a model and she tells them to lose weight so they can model, but I don't really agree with it anyway.

Absolutely. Unlike her, some modeling agencies are actually telling models that they need to have a BMI of 18 (that's under weight but 17.5 or under is considered anorexic) or over.

If she is doing that, than yes. We can't all be coke-addicted thin like Janice.

Of course. Every model now looks like they are sick. They need to eat. Nobody weighing 95 pounds looks good if ur 5'11.
