Men and women have three growth spurts during their life. The last one starts around puberty. This is when the onca genes turn on. They turn off around 18 to 20 years old. These genes were discovered during cancer research. It was found that the onca genes can turn on in cancer cells and that is why they multiply so rapidly when this happens.
Once these genes turn off after the third time, they won't turn on again.
A side point: women love tall men; just look at all the match sites and read the profiles of what they are looking for, so don't be concerned, it's a good thing.

You probably will not be fully grown until your 21-23 I grew over a half a foot after I turned 18, but the average height of a man is 5'9.5 inches tall. Although it says in health books that men stop growing at 18 a lot of this depends on your diet. If you smoked and partyed all the way thru high school and didn't eat right you could end up being 6'4.5" inches tall and it will be hard to adjust to the change. Whatever you do don't pay much attention to your looks women are attracted to men for no logical reasoning. In other words, their attraction towards us has no logical reasoning.

It is possible that you're still growing, but I think you should consider that you might have Marfan's sydrome/disease. It is a disorder of the connective tissues that can cause, among other things (some of which are serious), an arm span longer than one's height. A doctor said I should look into it because I have slender fingers and a lean look, so I did. I don't think I have it (I hope not, at least). Besides, my arm span is only an inch or two longer than my height. But you should look into the possibility. Start here:

Good luck!

By itself, that probably isn't a sign of anything. However, you're absolutely right in that men often continue growing into their early 20s. There's no guarantee you'll grow more, but there's a good chance.
