Well, I must say that this is rather a child question. Usually children ask this type of questions, but I think that in the USA many people are still children within.
My opinion is that men are, let's say, better suited for sciences like Mathematics, Physics, etc. Of course, I have had female classmates who were very sharp in these and similar sciences, but I am trying to define an idea.
Women, on the other hand, I believe are better for languages, poetry, Literature, etc.
According to certain study that I read once, it is a matter of evolution of determined areas of the brain.
Bottom line, I don't think anyone is above the other. It is a matter of different ways to handle the situations.
I must say, to close, that women are very smart because they manage to make the husband believe that he is the one in charge, while he does everything the wife wishes.
By the way, I am a man

Supposedly, men are better at logical thinking, recall, math--things with one right answer--and women are better at abstract thinking, intuition--things without. There is some biological difference used to explain this, but it's not even known if it actually makes a difference in intellect.
If there is an actual difference, it's the slightest tendency and doesn't really help predict a person's capability when dealing with actual, real-live individuals of either sex. Overall, no real difference.
It's exaggerated in society--but then, that leads to a difference, doesn't it? If people are raised being told that boys are dumb and shouldn't bother with learning and that girls are smart and should be well-educated (for example), then it becomes true because the kids grow up with that in mind. Stereotypes of all kinds are self-fulfilling prophecies.
I detest IQ tests, but by this definition they favor men. My theory does show there, however; boys are often told that they are smarter and more capable, but others are told that men are stupid--and on IQ tests the male and female average is about the same, but women tend to actually place around average while men place both high and low.
Really, there's plenty of smart people of both sexes--and certainly no shortage of complete idiots.

Intelligence is a difficult thing to measure, and the sexes differ in their capabilities to do certain things. How does one rate these various things as to their separate contributions to overall intelligence? I can think of no objective way to do so. When I was in high school, everyone took a standardized test; the top guys did better than the top girls, but that has certainly not been an unqualified predictor of success in the real world. So, the short answer to your question is: no way to tell.

If you look at the bell graphs of the IQs, you will find that on average women are more intelligent but there are more very intelligent men than very intelligent women.

They probably happened jointly and on the comparable time in historic previous. regrettably that's obtainable that adult males returned then limited women from issues like getting to grasp and different issues, style of like how many adult males try this on the instant. I even have and study the e book "prolonged family members of the Cave undergo" and whether that's a artwork of fiction, the foremost character who's a human woman living together with her accompanied Neanderthal family members, she reflects astounding intelligence and robust will.

Statistically, men.
Dr. Paul Irwing (Manchester Business School, Senior Lecturer in Organizational Psychology) and Prof. Richard Lynn (University of Ulster, Professor Emeritus) conclude that men are on average five points ahead on IQ tests. From Wikinews: UK Study Concludes...

You can't really measure that. Some men are intelligent and some are complete morons. Same with women.

I think it depends.
Both are more intelligent when it comes to different areas.
Some women can tell you can to cook a perfect turkey.
Some guys can tell you how to fix something on your car.
Blahblahblah.

Neither. Both have equal capacities to be more intelligent than they are already. Your question is unanswerable without devolving into bigotry.
