The Congress would be an advisory board and not a legislative body. The borders would be secured, and all immigration would have to follow the legal guidelines. A single tax rate for everybody. The United Nations would be moved to France. Prison populations would be productive instead of acting as resorts for the criminal element. Clean out death row after a thurough DNA testing for guilt or innocence. Try to consolidate energy and medical research to prevent waste by repeating the same experiments in different businesses to speed up the finding of cures. Make fossil fuels obsolete in 3 years. They have been screaming about this for 30 years. Instead of passing so many new laws, enforce the ones that already exist. Lessen the power of government on the citizen. Hire the jobless to a federal work pool, making them available to clean highways, maintain the parks and reserves, or anywhere a sudden need for manpower is needed, for example disaster relief. The feds pay too many people to sit about, its time to put them to work. And return the educational system to a teaching agenda, and not this tool for training students for one test. There are many more, but the world isn't ready. BWAHAHAHHAHA
