1) Our children are ill-mannered and untrained!
2) Many of our children (across all racial lines) have no home training and no possibility of being disciplined by their parents.
3) Many of our parents think that out-spoken/ill-mannered children are 'cute as a button'.

the real question is here not whey the world frowning upon the behavior of American children. why are you frowning upon American children.most 3rd countries don't even know about American kids. they only know what they see in movie theaters which is not a hole lot. and most of them they don't even speak or understand English,they would not know what the kids are saying or stating by there acts or statements.

Have you seen them? Ever since we stopped spanking them they've acted like animals. I'm not for beating children, but when we got out of hand we got spanked. I know I stayed out of trouble because I had some reason to fear the consequences. Todays parents think disipline is buying them a new video game. I hated being spanked, but when I look back at it now...it worked.

because american childre nare stuck up spoiled and do whtever they want, whenthey want with absolutely no consequence, which isnt there fault, its the fault of the parents for never punishing them. if i walked around at 13-14 years old talking about yo i smacked my b*tch up, and wearing jeans around my knees, i would have got a 2x4 upside my head, no days, they just dont care
