How far back in your childhood can you remember, I am 54 and?

I can remember my 4th birthday like it was yesterday...some other things too,,,how about you?

I think my first real memory may have been my fourth birthday also.its hard to say though.sometimes i dream of things that seem so real, that they must have happened, but i cant consciously remember them.i have a friend who believes she has a past life in another "when" or "where".she has had the same reoccurring dream her whole life.I'm not sure i believe in that sort of thing, but it is interesting. just thought I'd share.

I can remember when my sister was a baby. I was 3 1/2 when she was born. She is now 54 and I am 58. I still remember other things when I was a young kid.

i can remember back to 2 yrs old. I was sitting and eating popcorn and watching a movie with other kids. I remember a bath tub and bathroom. I remember a bedroom and a kitchen and a bed. I remember something above my bed. and a crib in the middle of the room. And other stuff. but alot of between 1-3 is blurring, since I was adopted. It is harder probably for most people to distinguish between memories and stories/pictures. It's easy for me, because anything I "remember" before 3 must be a memory, not something someone told me.

I can remember being terrified by something when I was about 3 but I do not recall the circumstances. My sister tells me that is about when she frightened me one day. I also remember nursery school when I was 4 very well. Most of my memories are clearer at 5 in kindergarten. I am 62.

I'm 41 and I remember a car that my father sold when I was 9 months old. All I remember was red seats but what else would a baby look at.

I'm in my early 40's..I can remember my Mom pouring milk into my bottle....And my sister is 1 year younger than me and I remember my Mom going to the hospital to give birth to her. I was 1 1/2 years old then.

I recently told my mom about a vision I have while awake of a man lying in a blue box with flowers all around it and a kitchen table I'm under with shiny black boots. She burst into tears and told me that my father had been shining his work boots up on Memorial day when they called him in to work; I was under the kitchen table playing peek a boo 18 months old. He was killed at work and his coffin was dark blue. They never discussed this as she remarried when I was 3. You tell me.
