no,but i think such incidents happened in some parts of the world earlier,i read it in a medical journal,according to it many people ran crying and laughing loudly up and down street madly until they fall down tiredly,the reason yet to be discovered,it is called mass hysteria or mental madness,detail can be get from any medical web site or from a qualified person.say our world will not effect by these but our health most probably.
