Premature ejaculation is very common among most males. A trick I learned from my doctor many years ago is that during urination, stopping the flow and starting again as many times as you can before you finish helps to control ejaculation during sex. Every time he goes to the bathroom he should do this. Believe me this is no joke. It really works. I can't think of the name of the muscle that this exercise strengthens but tell him to try it out. He can also do this throughout the day even if he is not urinating. Pretend you are stopping yourself from peeing, hold for a couple seconds, then release and repeat.

There are lots of pills you can get at sex stores to help with that. Or even a numbing cream that makes the sensations not as strong so he can last longer. If that doesn't work the start withont him, and let him join in at a time that you are satisfied before he is done!!
