I think that the United States of America is the greatest country in the world. We have freedom in America and the proof is that you're able to ask such a question without being tortured or beheaded.

I believe the USA is pretty great. I will hold my tongue, and not say anything bad about our idiot president. But I will say that our freedoms are slowly being taken away from us, for what they call a war on terrorism. Its a war like the war on drugs. You may capture the big dogs, but there are always 2 or 3 people ready to take there place. You can't win that kind of war. Speaking of war, who are we actually fighting now in Iraq? Why are we really there? Is it fair for us to push our way of governing on them. If it is okay, then it should be okay for other countries to bomb us and take over our country to force us to govern the way they believe. We have just been sitting by and letting the government take our freedoms away. We actually believe that it is our duty to help fight this never ending war on terrorism. Terrorists have there own encrypted phone system, that is why the government can't track them, this is the same phone system they use to detonate road side bombs. I believe and have researched this, but people who live in fear are easier to control. Hey it worked for every dictator known, why not here? There will always be people dying, plane crashes, car accidents, and natural disasters. People die, I will die too someday. But as long as I live, I refuse to let Uncle Sam rule me with fear tactics. Just my opinion. Phone tapping, checking all of our bank accounts, credit card activities, The more info the government has on you, the easier you and your children will be to control in the years to come. Black boxes in vehicles, GPS, Computer chips in your bodies, now they think finger prints should be used to identify you with your credit card. Hey, there is a lot going on, be educated, not afraid. Knowledge is power, and your best defense.
