try practising to balance on 1 leg- both legs!
do it in parts and build up in no. of keepie ups- do 2 den 5 den 10 den 15 ect.
main ting is to practice over and over agen u'll get gud eventually

do juggling on your spare time,when you're bored,to kill some time,or whatever poeple call time like that.then eventually you can be like a certain someone who juggles with a tennis ball-using his feet- before he even reaches junior high

ok here you go.. if u wanna do it with your feet you dont have to hit it on the end of your foot .you have to do it ver close to your leg and then u will see the ball wont go away from you it will be close to you ... so practice and you will get somewere!!
