In the physical sense, if it is fact, it is true. If by word, or by way of a lack of proof or evidence, than it is by trust. And that is what it is relative to. Truth by word is relative to your trust in their story.

Context and perception play a large part in defining 'truth'. 'Truth' is probably relative because nothing has a value apart from the one which you give it. And if you assign a value to something, then wouldn't that make its status, that being a 'truth' or a 'non-truth', relative to the value you've assigned it?

There's Truth. If truth was relative, not all humans would be equal, therefore it would disturb the balance of universe.

Our conscious truth is relative. Truth is knowing that every single vibration (matter) is connected. If everyone understood that, we could move mountains with pure thought.

Perception is true, since each person's perception is different, there is no concrete true.
Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.
