Since the testes are inside of the scrotum, it is very difficult to answer this question but if you want to know about the balls in general, well I am 67 and I will match the size, smoothness, hanging, amount of semen, etc with any 18 year old out there and you won't be able to tell the difference. The biggest thing to remember is to use what you have and it will stay in working order and not dry up.

I've seen 101 year old ones at work. I don't think they are any more wrinkly than the rest of the body.
