Used to be Perry McCarthy, is Julian Bailey nowadays. Both had F1 drives in the early 90's, in teams like Forti, Lola, Osella who have all sunk without a trace. Loved him crashing the Konigsegg! Cant wait for TG to start next Sunday. To Mr. Spam above...I'll make my own money thanks, PFO.

What kind of pratt responds to a question, with unrelated spam, which is a con anyway! The "money" mentioned, is the penny they earn, when you click on the highlited link, which, in your browser address bar, shows a longer address than needed...its thier tracking code, identifying thier individual link, so they get thier penny.
Anyway.....the stig has always been annoymous, so who says there was an origional, and then replacement!
My guess is a formula one guy, or one of the team themselves.
The clue, is probably in the name, and why they'd want to keep him a secret?

Season 1 & 2 though to be Perry McCarthy.
Since then, it's thought to be Julian Bailey, or Ben Collins.
I flagged the spammers.

His name is Perry (his surname escapes me) formerly a pro racing driver, touring cars etc. Bastard can drive tho!
