I got my DUI in july. I didnt get the occ. license till dec 19th and was pulled over dec 30. I was called right away at the DMV and missed a time slot on my form I filled out and didnt realize till I was pulled over. I have talked to a lawyer and he says I may face jail. Does anyone know if this has happened to anyone and what there circumstances were. I was driving home from work not anything else when I was stopped I just didnt realize I missed a time.

No, you will not go to jail you might be able to keep your occ. license if you explain to them the circumstances and show that you were coming from work.

I got my second dui before i went to court for my first.and i got out of it.withthe help of a good lawyer, that is.that was 10 years ago, too.hope you got a good one.
