That has happened to me a few times in fact

Yes. It so happened that I woke up at 4.30 a.m one Sunday and then had a lot of house work and finished it all before 11 am and was sitting viewing tv. Then I drifted away into sleep only to wake up at 7 in the evening and thought it was early in the morning and took a shower and got ready to go to work and switched the tv on to watch news with my breakfast and there was no news and it started getting dark outside...only then I realized that I had slept without my knowledge... it was very funny.

hee hee. yes i have it's a bad feeling when you wake up. once i fell asleep in class and the lights had been cut off for a slide show and i woke up in the middle of it and everything was quiet because he was having issues with the machine that was a little scary and i was pissed for a second cause i thought my friend had left me there asleep!! lol i did better at staying awake after that

I can't say that I have

but I have slept so restless, that went I woke up, I couldn't tell which way I was facing

I have a big bed, and I sleep in the pitch black dark, so finding my way to the lightswitch turned out to be a task, I nearly fell out of bed

I've woken up in hotels or friends' places and needed a minute to remember that I wasn't in my own bed. I usually just take it to mean that I slept well; like I would at home.

Used to do it alot when I was a drunk so often I used to play a game of guessing where I was before I opened my eyes and could not alot of times.
