Dab vasaline (dont rub) under your eyes before bed, you can put it on your lips too! This is a trick models use, do this nightly you'll never get the dark or puffy circles again. I had the same problem until I found out about this!

This sounds gross, but Preparation H on the problem spots will help get rid of the bags. Tea bags (dampened) will help too. I strongly recommend an eye cream and a daily moisturizer with spf - even if you don't wear make-up.
You can use a concealer under a tinted moisturizer to cover without it feeling heavy. Also, drink lots of water (8 glasses a day) and get enough rest.

The only real cure is more sleep, I'm afraid! It really does work. Otherwise why not try cucumber slices on the eye in the evening, that sort of thing. I don't really think that there is any foundation that truly covers dark circles, anyway. Maybe you could try a little powder or white eye shadow in the effected area.

When you wake up in the morning, get a bag of frozen peas and rest them over your eyes for about ten to thirty minutes. It should just about erase your dark circles and bags under your eyes. GoOd LucK!

I also have dark circles and found that about the only way to cover them is with a concealer. My doctor told me that it can also be hereditary.
As to the bags, Haemmoroid Cream is supposed to be excellent, (as already stated) saw it on a recent television show on heatlh.

I use Anew Force Eye Cream from Avon. I don't wear make up at all and this really helps out. You notice a difference in a couple of weeks.

Get a cold wet flannel or cloth and hold over your eyes - the coldness will stimulate the blood vessells that give you them black bags. I use a concealer pen before I put on put on foundation.
Good luck

Do not use eyecream as this causes fluid retention and makes bags worse. What you need is a gel or semi gel type cream.I use Skin Doctors Eye Tuck. It's fab at reducing bags.My bags were so big they were almost shopping trollys but not now thanks to SD.Order it from their website.
