There are 2 Lee Coopers listed in Wolverhampton on 192.com, one is Lee J Cooper and the other is Lee C Cooper.
192.com has the electrol register, so you put in the name and area and it brings up the results.
If any of the two above are relevant you can 'join' on the site and get contact details for them.

The electoral register is a good place to start. The only other way I know is to pay an internet site for a people search, but if you know he's in Wolverhampton try the register first. Good Luck

Try friends reunited as a start - if you have a middle name that would help or know his date of birth you could try the Public records office (i.e. the local council where they register births, deaths and marriages) not sure if you have not known where he is from birth ? if so a long copy of his birth certificate will carry an address at time of birth. If he was adopted - the adoption service with your local council will be a good place to start - although you may find that your old relatives will be a good source - try a couple of glasses of sherry and encourage them to get the old photos out - and encourage them to remember the old days - good luck - I really hope you find him :)

Try doing a search on anywho.com or any other site with listings from the white pages... or search for people finders. It is fairly easy to find people these days. You could also call 411 and ask for directory assistance in that city. Seems like if you have his name and the city and state he lives in you have several options. Good luck!

You can put an ad in the paper, or maybe look him up in the internet. Maybe there are internet sites that can help you find people too. Or, try calling the police department and ask them. Contact Caso Cerrado with Ana Maria Apolo. Look it up in the internet. In her show she helps people look for family; I've seen it. The show is in spanish, but you can still do it. Good luck! Ask a relative what year or town he was born, a birth date & place would be a massive 2nd step to finding him!
