Am new in England, what is the best way to meet my neighbours?

Bring them Jello with little peices of banana in it, they will invite you in to have tea. Once inside, you can drink the tea, and then eat the jello with it.

Be sure never to put the Jello in the tea, as this is considered a very bad insult in England.
