I live about 20 min from punxy and phill is the one and only forcatsting groundhog ive bene there 8 years in a row and this will be my 9th. When he comes out it does give me goose bumps and does make me all tingly

Whoop-de-doo. The whole thing is a farce because the direction of the groundhog's shadow is determined by the sun's position in the sky, not by how much longer will supposedly last.
