maybe to wash with it...

if you want nice hair try getting plenty of Omega 3's and Omega 6's. Or just the Omega's period. LOL.
Oh and Olive Oil is nice too.

These work best for hair and skin.

Borage Oil
Flax Seed Oil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How do I know... well I like EVOO on my pasta...

recently I started taking Borage Oil instead of Evening Promise to help with my cramps (Borage Oil is the highest in GLA), and combined it with Flax Seed Oil so it'll be complemented. The only side effects have been, great looking skin and shinny silky hair (and it's only been like 6 days since I started taking them LOL!), oh and Flax Seed Oil seems to curb my apatite for some odd reason I get full faster and don't get hungry as much.
(yes this stuff is to eat, although you can just put EVOO in your hair too, and Borage Oil on your skin LOL)
Try getting enough Vitamin E too.
