Perform cooling system psi check. If u don't have a psi tester feel for dampness under right side of floor board. Start engine allow to reach normal operating temp. Turn heater on full. If it smells sweet and your windshield fogs up. U have a leaking core. Under the hood on your left side u will find the heater hoses as the engine warms up. Feel and compare the hoses temp. If the heater if flowing fine they should both be hot. With the heater running. This is also where u can check your heater control valve The heater is under dash in heater and ac box..

It is located under the passenger side dash.Under the hood check the inline water valve located on the heater hose to see if it will open.If not replace .

If it leaks coolant on your passenger floor, it is bad. If it isn't leaking it is ok.
