He inherited some great talent a few years ago and did well with that but he has not been able to recruit well or make "his" players better.

I think he is probably a little overrated. Its not his fault he inherited all that talent though. The Big Ten is a lot better than the MVC though, so i would give him a few more years and he will probably come around.

I think you're right. He was lucky when he had Dee Brown, Deron Williams, and Luther Head in his first year at Illinois. However, he was instrumental in steering Head in the right direction as far as his personal life. I don't know what the Rockets would do without Head, but they can thank Weber for that.

he got some talent a while ago, but now everyone is talking about how good he has done but showed nothing to prove it, he had his glory year and now he is overrated

Yea he is overrated. He thinks that his team should do everything right and then expects to win.

He is overrated although his support staff doesn't seem to be much help.
