When I get very angry I refrain from yelling, screaming and expletives as these actions will only add to the tension that already exists.
At first, I will count to 10.
If that fails and I am still mad, I will give myself a “cool off” period.
Once I am calm and collected I will discuss the issue at hand in a polite but firm manner with the other party involved.

Hell yes people just don't listen and in my work it's got to get done or a child will spend another night in terror ...so yes I will scream if I have too........luv kara
