Are theses even cichlids? This what they look like.

Yes those are convict cichlids. You need to separate them ASAP. The front one has it's fins all torn up. Does not look like fin rot so the only other thing that could be happening is the other one is picking on it, which is not abnormal.

They will eat guppies.

What do you want to know about black finned sharks? They will not work with the convicts or guppies if thats what you are asking.

you can if you dont want your guppies any more... cause they will be come part of the food chain .

chicleds are the most aggressive fish and they will eat your guppies.

i dont think there ciclids but if they are agressive at all those gupppies are toast.
