I used to be more of a skeptic, until one morning I woke up earlier than usual, thinking it was 7am. I looked around, wondering WHY I was awake, only to notice it was actually 5am in the morning. After a while, I noticed my bedroom was strangely cold and got up (without turning the lights on) to check on the heater, which I had turned on the night before going to sleep. It was oddly switched off, so I turned it back on and hopped back into bed. After a few minutes, I couldn't get to sleep because I felt like someone was in my bedroom. Assuming it was either one of my parents, I sat up in bed only to see a dark figure standing over the heater. The bottom half of its body didn't seem to exist - and immediately after noticing this, I panicked. I tried to force myself back to sleep, but was so scared I couldn't. Eventually, I convinced myself it was some sort of 'light trick' and got out from under the bed sheets to switch on my lamp. When I did, the figure was not there. I felt like an idiot, you know, foolish and all - so I turned the light out. Just then, I saw it come back - watch me for a couple of seconds and then disappear. Since then, I haven't been afraid of them and I do believe it them - but I don't think I want to experience that sort of thing again. I almost had a heartattack!
Then again, to really believe in a ghost, you need to experience something unexplainable to yourself. And even then, the only one who will really believe you - is yourself.

NO! We know that man is capable of cloning humans, should the ban on such activities be lifted. Can we create a "soul" or other fake spiritual being. Not a chance!!! They don't exist. When a clone died would it have a ghost? If life exist without "soul" creation then why would there be ghosts? What would a ghost be? You would have to believe that there is some alternative being (or form) residing within ourselves that lives parallel to us in silence until the day we die and that that being could then be stuck to roam among the flesh. Genetic research has dispelled the notion of ghosts without even trying to do so.

I do believe in the possibility of ghosts, spirits and the paranormal. Even if something has perfectly logical and 'scientific' explanations, I believe that there can also be a level which is paranormal and more symbolic (maybe something like what I Like Free T-Shirts wrote about). Something that is both in our minds and in external reality. Like when people have dreams about loved ones who have died and receive some sort of message from them. It is in our minds but I think there is also a level of external reality which corresponds with our internal reception and understanding of it.

I never did until I experienced it. I grew up in a "haunted" house though it was not that scary. Things would regularly come off shelves as if being pushed, I heard footsteps going down the stairs often, and people would call my name while I was upstairs. One time, my boyfriend spent the night after laughing that NO WAY did ghosts exist (after I told him the stereo would sometimes come on by itself). That night, at 3 am, the stereo came on at almost full blast (almost waking up the neighborhood). He became pale and never spent the night there again!

yeah kinda, i believe there are other dimensions, in which there are other species of people or something, and sometimes because dimensions are falt and super thi and woven together, we might tear the fabrics of this dimensions a bit and feel the other doimensions, and who know how smart they are on the other side they may know how to purposely come to our dimensiopn and we wouldnt know it, also check up 'white noise' theres a movie called white noise, but i'm talking about the actual paranormal stuff, u should like what u find

No, I don't believe in that stuff. Most things have a more logical explanation. For instance, a mysterious noise could just be something like plumbing rattling around. But I will admit, the stories are interesting.

Sit downstairs in my house alone then tell me what you have experianced.
We can smell tobacco....and no one smokes in my house
We hear crashes and nothing is out of order
Foot steps and no one there
door opens
Lights flicker as a shadow passes
figure of a woman seen at the top of the stairs (that I saw myself)
Hearing voices. (my daughter while alone heard a person calling "Hello") Windows were closed, doors were locked
This is just a few things about my 165 year old farm house.

I don't believe specifically in ghosts, but in some activities that the reason cannot explain. I recently lost somebody in my family and he came to explain many things to me in my dreams.

Oh yeah. I've seen a rocking chair in an empty room start rocking by itself. I've also had some really eerie experiences with ouija boards.
