Its difficult for me to think of a professional (i.e. does it for the money) as being noble. There are a number of doctors and lawyers who do charitable and pro bono work and to some degree they are noble but to some degree they have no choice because its a requirement of the courts or a hospital where they work.
Noble to me are people such as Doctors Without Borders - medical people who freely give time and usually put their lives in danger to ease suffering in some swamp or jungle on the other side of the world.

what everyone said doctors who save lives soldiers who figt for there country teachers who educate children also police officers and firefighters they risk there lives every day to help others i think that is extremely noble
