The short of it is Yes! Not likely to happen and he could become president again if she was sick or killed but again not likely. The amendment just says that a president is limited to 2 terms in office. If he or she reaches that office through succession its not a full term and its not elected.

Yes she can, the 22nd Amendment only prohibits her husband of record from being "elected President" a third time. Vice President isn't mentioned, nobody dreamed that women would ever be able to seriously mount a Presidential bid back in the 60s.

If Queen Hillary the Great takes her rightful place on the throne then Bill will BE her Vice-President, just as she was his real Vice-President while Algae the Green Guy was nothing more than window dressing.

Eight more years! Eight more years! Eight more years! (sound of man throwing up)

certain, bill Clinton might want to run as Hillary s Vice-Presidential operating mate. Assuming bill maintained his continuous residency contained in the U.S., he might want to satisfy each and every of the Constitutional eligibility criteria for being President (age, "organic born" citizenship, and so on.). for this reason, bill might want to run for Vice-President. notwithstanding bill might want to no longer be elected to the Presidency lower back, he might want to develop into President without an election by technique of succeeding Hillary if she died or otherwise couldn t finished her time period. because the structure (i.e., the twenty second modification) in user-friendly words prohibits someone from being elected President more advantageous than two times, bill s ascension to the Presidency without an election does no longer be unconstitutional.

Legality, schmegality. Do you think she'd let him back in the house? And if she did, the Secret Service would be back to listening to them fight.

Hillary and W.J. Clinton are both unworthy of the American voter's interest.

Well, she could certainly ask the democrat party to nominate him as her vice president. I'm not sure they would do it. And, incidentally, he could serve. There is nothing in the Constitution that would bar him from that job, or from serving as president again.

No. Once you have been president for 2 terms you can't be president or vice president.

Yes, because he has never held that office.
Unless there is some kind of prohibition against spouses holding those two offices, I guess.
