The best advice I can give you is that you should get active in the city. Do volenteer work and help around, show the people you care and would be a good choice. I advise you stay away from anything that could be dragged out during a campaign that would make you look bad. Good luck.

Hold the view of 'fair and equal' opportunity as well as justice. Never let the minority dictate and force you to accept what they determine to be their truth as 'gospel' without finding out for yourself.
