mp3 format is not legal. you may ask urself why, but most audio cd's don't come with mp3 files, they use wav format.
the quality of audio in mp3 is depreciated as compared to wav file.

webjay.org has hindhi music to download and theres also ragaa.com, but you can only listen and record (using audacity, what i do), and im pretty sure indian music is legal to download
