Unscrew the box, remove it from the wall, disconnect the wires that supply its power source and it will not be able to go off.

you have a tamperproof box which has a backup battery in it which could be tricle charged from your main alarm box due to this being junctioned on the circuit board you would have to read the board to isolate this outlet get the alarm company out if you can afford it

you proberly need to get to the outside box, open the lid & snip the wire to the siren ( if you dont & take the box off the wall 1st the outside siren can ring for hours ( if fitted correctly) if your neighbours complain a nice little man from the council my turn up & hand you fine!!
once youve snipped the out side just take the inside 1 to bits pull out the battery & pull the mains fuse & it will die

You need an electrician to make the wires safe before you can take the box off the wall.

most alarms have a battery back-up, disconnect it first, (after you've switched the power off) then take it to peaces, job dun,
