Does a decrease of estrogen cause weight gain, I have never had a weight problem, but I had surgery last year (Full Hystroctomy) and my hips and tighs are growing.....Ive been a 9 or smaller all of my life and I cant figure out the weight increase. Is this the cause and if so what can I do......

Having a hysterectomy puts your body into menopause, your calorie needs go down, so you have to adjust your eating.
