I would have to agree with Dirk Nowizki or Steve Nash. Nash has won the past two MVP awards - meaning he is the most valuable player in the league. That definitely ranks him up there with being the best foreign player.

By the way Kobe Bryant is not a foreign player.

Steve Nash has been voted as the NBA MVP twice.He is recognised as the best point guard in the game & as he was born in Canada that makes him arguably the best foreign player.
