OK well my ipod works and everything its just that when i stick the earphones all the way in the jack only one earphone works. But when i stick the earphones thingy halfway in the jack....both of them work.How can i fix it to where both of them work when its all the way in.Can i fix it myself or is there somewhere i have to take it to be fixed(something unexpensive)?

I had the same problem, not wort fixing. If you have had it for less than a year then take it to your nearest apple store and they will replace it.

Its probably just the earphones, try a different pair, but if problem still exists then contact apple like others have said.

try to get a different pair of headphones. or jstu call apple to ask them how you can get it fixed
