The Koreans, the Japanese, the Koreans, many Europeans, Africans.... and on and on.... wait years to get those papers that allow them LEGAL entry into this country. Why should we allow illegal entries Jesus and his pregnant wife Maria to simply swim the Rio Grande and immediately become a part of the millions who drain our economy due to health care, education, reduced housing, and add drastically to the crime rate.?? Many of the aforementioned ( Japanese, Koreans, etc) are badly needed engineers in this country. We don't need more Hispanic gardeners... we need the engineers, doctors, educators who also want to enter this country and contribute rather than drain its resources. The solution??? Stepped up security at all borders. Empower the National Guard and Border Patrol.

First, be honest with ourselves about why we allow illegal immigrants to flow into the Country.
Ranchers and Farmers have relied on illegal immigrants for so long that we just think that the price of produce is low because it just is not labor intensive, or we know that the sweat of illegal immigrates are what allows us to buy produce so remarkably cheap.
Are we going to confess that we create the problem by being willing to look the other way on the realities of produce costs.
The problem is not caused by Immigrates. The problem is caused by America's willingness to extermly exploit people from other countries to do our work.
Remember, it is not just exploited paycheck money for picking fruit and vegetables. It is also wage laws, residential laws, safety, health and Social Security taxes.
Now, is America going to continue dumbing down the public and start teaching the citizens what we actually do in America to maintain cheap prices?
Just envision that America actually successfully stop illegal immigration or at least 90% of it. OK, farmers and Ranches could not find anybody in America who would pick fruit for pennies an hour.
Prices would hit the ceiling. Mothers would march on Washington. What then? Water hoses and batons?
Ask your local Conservative Republican what he is going to do about it? See if he or she could be honest about it for one moment.

1. Call your representative up to get them to fight against this problem.

2. Join the Minuteman Project, if you're an early retiree.

3. BOYCOTT companies that hire illegal aliens or buy LESS from them.

4. Apply the Rumsfeld Doctrine which is to minimize as many people to do the job and to maximize the use of technology. This was used in Iraq and Afghanistan. It may not be successful, in people's minds, but we definately need MORE FINESSE THAN MUSCLE.
A. Border Patrol. I understand the patrol need more guards but can't get it now. For now, as Donald Rumsfeld might say, "You nab illegal immigrants with the guards and equipment you have. They're not the guards and equipment you might want or wish to have at a later time." Since it might take a long time to receive government help, the border patrol, like public schools, should be getting rid of things they don't need. They ought to study how illegals get in the country in order to reform its tactics. I believe that illegals would cross the border at night so more guards are needed to patrol it. They should consider in investing in as much technology as possible so we might not need as many border patrol agents.
B. Businesses that hire illegals should cut labor costs. In "Rumsfeld's Rules" as Rumsfeld said, "Don't automatically fill vacant jobs. Leave some positions unfilled for six to eight months to see what happens. You will find you won't need to fill some of them." They should be hiring American citizens but they don't have to hire as many of them as they would be hiring illegals. This should downsize their costs. Also, they should invest in machinery because it might be doing the jobs of many people who might join a labor union to demand for higher pay.

I believe the fourth alternative will be the most efficient way of combating illegal immigration but they should all be implemented.

I believe a quicker turnaround on the visa-renewal and green card processes would solve a lot of our illegal immigration problems. Regardless of media hype about Mexicans crossing the border, most illegal immigrants are actually people who came on legal visas, but whose visas expired while they were in the U.S. It seems simply unreasonable in some cases to force people to go back to their country of origin just to reapply for their visa. So we should change the visa-renewal processes to streamline it for people who have a good record.

As far as people who cross the border to work, we should make a guest worker program that will allow them to come legally. I think that many people would come honestly if they didn't have to wait so long while their families are starving to get green cards to work in the U.S. A guest-worker pass would allow people to get into the country more easily and would allow American businesses to continue employing low-cost workers. It would help everyone. The only downside would be that our economy would still be pumping money into Mexico, but we're doing that now anyway. And legal guest workers spend money here for food and so forth.

Also, fighting more against illegal drugs will do a lot to solve problems about illegal immigration that has to do with the drug trade. If we get Americans to stop creating such a demand for drugs, there will be fewer illegal immigrants providing the supply.

What we want to do isn't deport them, a minimum of no longer before each and every thing. we want to construct exertions camps. at the same time as an unlawful is stuck, they are taken to this camp and placed to artwork, making some thing which will be offered to the yankee public at tremendous. at the same time as they are operating at this camp, their hourly income are saved music of and the unlawful immigrant might want to in user-friendly words obtain a small quantity of this. None might want to be allowed to be despatched decrease back to households in different countries. they could in user-friendly words keep sufficient to pay for paper, pencils envelopes, stamps, food, and so on. the money that they don't obtain should be put in an account and held till they have collected sufficient to pay for any and all cost linked with their stay on the camp and any and all cost incurred by technique of deporting them. each and every successive time that an unlawful is stuck, their pay contained in the camp might want to be decrease in 1/2 or 1 / 4, so it would want to intend that they ought to artwork longer and longer each and every time. If an unlawful immigrant knew that they could probable lose 3 - 4 years of their existence operating for no longer some thing, i do not imagine they could be so quick to wish to go back right here. in the adventure that they knew that once they tried to go back decrease back, they could be dealing with two times as lengthy contained in the camp, it would deter them from returning. at the same time, those camps might want to get rid of maximum cost linked with rounding up and deporting illegals. difficulty solved.

it should a local thing, having stings monthly to get them out of here, instead of a few national raids to get about 500 or so, that doesn't amount to anything compared to whats coming in. A nationwide sweep from national down to local law enforcement and even have a tip line for company's that are using them and not paying the government.

Shut down all borders until we have a system in place to complete background checks on those entering the U.S. & issue ID cards to everyone with a fingerprint & dna on file. Passports are a good start.
