But wonder if the slave owner treats their slave with right? Is slavery in itself wrong?

2007-01-20 08:11:53 · update #1

If i was a slave that was treated right by my slave owner then yes i would still ask this question. Not all slaves were beaten and not all slaves were black. There were white slaves.

Yes, slavery is wrong. People are not possessions to be bought, sold, or owned. The nicest treatment of a slave could never make up for the fact that the slave is not free to leave.

Of course it is wrong!!!

If you really want to know the truth, and you are just not asking it for the sake of asking why not try it out???

Put an ad in the classified section of your local newspaper as follows: Under "free services" . I am looking to do hard labor, if you are not satisfied, you can whip me according to your discretion.

YES, with out a doubt, i think its wrong. There is nothing good about forcing people ( mainly African Americans ) to do work for lazy people. It just comes to show how low some people think of other people. AHHHH it just disgusts me!!!!!
