Confidential information is kept confidential except when it needs to be shared on a "need to know basis".For example if a minor makes an allegation of assault then that information can be shared with others such as the police and childrens services but the child would have to be told that this is what is happening. Can you be more specific with your question and i may be able to tell you more, particularly about who the confidentiality is in relation to..Is it the child or the adult.?

better halves do not deal with this. They go away. merely because there is not any actual evidence would not recommend an attack did not happen. this finished journey will scar the both one among you for existence. how the heck are you able to likely have a 'widely used' marriage after this. If a guy can deliver this variety of vicious terrible threatening textual content to someone like the only you in user-friendly words shared with us, the he's a MONSTER. How can both of you ( surprisingly YOU ) EVER EVER EVER ignore what has befell...? even although you've keen to stay......this has ruined your marriage continuously, it seriously is not an same. i'm hoping your husband is in treatment, because he's clearly one ill guy. merely out of interest........do you even communicate consisting of your husband..? maximum of your questions are depending on hypothesis, and what you 'imagine' your husband has been advised....

If I am aware of abuse or neglect of a child, my profession requires me to report the matter to the authorities. This would be done in as sensitive a manner as possible, while trying to be careful to safeguard the rights of individuals involved.

Are you asking about reporting to the media ?
or about dialog with the family ? relatives ? witnesses?
Your question is wide open, please narrow it down or rephrase what you are really trying to find out.
