Hi you should ask the organisation for there complaint procedure, if you are a young person then ask to see some one from children rights. Or ask to speak with your social worker (if it is not he/she you have made a complaint against, is it is ask to speak to there manager).

there is a link below which may help.

For a start, from the moment she makes the allegation she has the right to be kept informed of the proceedings, and what is happening. If you are that child ask a member of staff about what is going on, and if they can't inform you, keep going til you find someone who can- speak to the manager if needs be, or your social worker. I think it depends on the history of the member of staff and the child. Some children have a long history of false allegation, and if this is against a trusted member of staff it is likely to be cleared up very quickly without his/ her ever needing to take leave from his job. However if it is made by a reliable child it will be taken very seriously and the member of staff would be asked to take leave until a suitable conclusion has been made.

If child is assaulted, call police they will investigate it. It is a crime. I had to do this and the person lost job and everntually the whole investigation succeeded in clsing home down.. Police will be independant of social work committees.

You should be consulting an expert, a paid professional such as an attorney instead of asking total strangers on yahoo who may or may not be qualified to give you a factual answer.
