I'm not sure what an "ilness" is, but if you meant "illness," no. As you'll see by looking at people around you, and possibly at your own surroundings, it's more like a way of life. Thankfully, there are people who strive to overcome this epidemic; unfortunately, they're few, and far between.

I believe it's either an illness or a mental retardation from brain damage. It's sad, but you have to treat people who suffer from stupidity with patience and kindness.
