okay.....i got a thing where you log on to it with a code! and i logged on to it but u r spoused to drag and drop stuff from below intoo the room but.......i cant because it wont show it its like the screen is to big aka this thing is webkinz! and i just spent 25$ on it to create a room and now i cant and dont say take it back!
but how do i make it so the screen will fit it will at like on other computers but just not mine! hellllpppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!

Wow - thats very unclear!
At a guess, it sounds like you need to increase your screen resolution. You are probably running Microsoft Windows, and have your screen resolution set to 640x480.
Assuming you have the correct graphics drivers installed and a semi-decent monitor, you should be able to increase this to at least 1024x768.
Right-click on your desktop. Select "Properties". Select Settings. Drag the "screen resolution" slider to the right. Press "Apply".

Don't worry, this is an easy fix! You just need to change your monitor resolution.
On your Desktop screen, right-click your mouse and then click "Properties" at the bottom of the pop up menu. Then choose "Settings" on the far top right. At the bottom left, slide your "Screen Resolution" to the right, until it reads 1024x768
You can either leave it set at 1024x768 or change it each time you go in & out of Webkinz.

can you minimize the window that you have to drag items from? minimize is the middle icon on the very top bar on the right hand side next to the "x" for closing the program
