are we not just expediting the life taken to reach heaven, where God and all our past loved ones reside in harmony and peace. Please note that I don't believe we should kill ANYTHING unless our own life is in danger and there is no other way out of the danger(but this very thought is contradicting what I stated). This question is targeted at those who believe in God and heaven, as law is in direct contradiction to our belief (but not the bible).

Thank you. So far you have proven to me that you don't know if God exists. For if you did you would not fear death and there would be no right or wrong in the world. We as humans don't know why we exist, we just know that we want to exist but we are not sure which path to take.

To eradicate the Earth of a pest cannot be wrong, and people are the biggest pest on Earth. The Biblical stance was in a time when people were scarce and not a thread to all other life.

Are you asking if the death penalty is wrong? Are you trying to
justify murdering someone? Taking a life is wrong. It is wrong morally, ethically, and legally. The ONLY way taking a life is
legal is if it is sanctioned by law. Assisted suicide is okay IF the
person dying is in extreme pain and medicine will not help,
surgery is out and there is no other answer. Does this answer your question? Notice religion had nothing to do with it. Just finished reading your add-on. No one can prove if GOD exist.
That is why religion is based on faith. If you chose to believe then
God exist for you. I am curious, why are you trying to separate the bible from religion? Aren't they the same thing?

i believe the first-rate reply is that we would have misinterpreted God's plan within the retelling of the tale. Like within the cell sport, wherein one individual begins and says a word and it will get whispered down the road of folks till it comes out extraordinary at the different finish. It's now not that God does not wish to finish the ache, it is that we don't have any comprehension of the brain of God, and after we do get little tidbits as to the plan, our human minds routinely jumble the which means. I believe one would additionally ask why he might wait five,000 years to ship Jesus within the first situation, if notion in Jesus (John three:sixteen), is the one manner persons can get to heaven. This might look to intend that each and every person born on this planet earlier than Jesus that was once now not Jewish is in hell. But that does not make a lot experience both. So we have to have religion that there's an reply, it is simply now not an reply we now have entry to, and it is not one who we will be able to have through simply actually studying the Bible or paying attention to others' interpretations of what is on God's brain.

First of all, this question does not belong in the astronomy category as it is not a science related question. It should under ethics or philosophy.
However, to answer your question, taking someone's life is indeed wrong. For those that believe in God (I would assume you mean Christians by your reference to the Bible) it would be against thier faith as the Bible plainly says Thou shalt not kill. This belief is represented in the beliefs of pretty much every mainstream Christian denomination. So, taking someone else's life is wrong.

Well that depends on whether you believe in hell as well. I doubt anyone would be in a hurry to go to hell. And nobody except God knows who is going to hell and who to heaven.
And my belief as a Muslim is that everybody is accountable for his/her deeds. You can not do anything to make your loved ones go to heaven until they themselves did something in this life to deserve heaven. So, whats the hurry of going to some place where you don't even know what awaits.
Life is precious, we should learn to appreciate it.
Take Care.

Yes--because He said not to. And that proscription is there in every religion. Exceptions, yes--self defense or to protect the lives of oters. But murder is against His rules. So if you believe in God--no matter what your faith--its wrong to kill.

taking someone's life against their will is wrong .. period.
Nothing else about your question means a damn thing.
Stand still for me to slice you into heaven?
You gonna do that?
No, your instinct to survice supercedes your desire to go to Heaven if you believe in God. If you don't then your instinct to just "live" will put you into action to survive the attack.
