Keep Nail polish remover near you and try out both the colors. If you dont like one, remove it and put the other one. If you like both, wear one today and second one tomorrow. Or....if you wanna be freakingly cool and scary, then color neon green for left leg and sparkly purple for the right and vice versa.

I think you should use sparkly purple. It is a much more "magnetic" color compared to sparkly neon green.

I think you shouldn't polish your nails. What my friend does, is she takes one of her gel pens and starts coloring her nails with it. She does a surprisingly great job with it too and it ends up looking cool. What's even better is if you take one of those scented ones. My friend had one that smelled like chocolate and it was really cool.

Green reminds me of fungus. Go with the purple - more like a bruise.

If you're a red head go with green. Or if you have grey eyes go with green. Otherwise stick to purple.

Why colour your nails at all? A rose is a rose is a rose by any other name, so you will be beautiful even without colouring your nails.
Secondly they say beauty lies in the eyes of beholder.
On both these you have no control, so please do not colour your nails.

The color should go with your skin tone, even red ,(example), has different shades to go with different skin tones
