my age is 24 i'm 5'5 ,can my height increase?

You height has a very small chance of growing at that age, because it is usually at 10-21 From growthing to stop, the only way is through surgery, or exercises usually from stretching or something that can strengthen the hips and legs.

Hmm, You are most likely done growing in height. You should try to buy some big army boots to wear around. That could make you at least 5'7. As for surgery it is only performed on dwarfs legally and those height increases pill are bullshit. I'de go with the boots.

Hey, Rahul - Ask Doctor if U have any reason that might affect Ur height. Altho U may b shorter than average may b normal height. If U exercise, hang from arms & legs, might that make difference?
