How can I do this without drilling holes in the door?

Is there some kind of adhesive door handle available that would just stick onto the garage door like the common adhesive hooks many people have to hang things on in their homes?

You could buy the door handle and attach adhesive pads to it then attach to you garage door. Try using Gorilla Glue. It would be easier to just drill holes in the door.

I don't think that anything using adhesive would stick on well enough. If you get a regular handle they attach by screws into the surface of the thick part of the horizontal panels. Two little screws there are not a big seal.

no there is no adhesive for this some garage doors can be heavy you need to screw it in. when you take it off you can simply fill the holes it left then repaint

Sorry to have to tell you this, but if you want this to work well you will have to drill,no big deal.It will be allot stronger, and repairable when you move.
