I'm a huge fan of Eric Clapton's 1970 solo debut. What albums or artists could you recommend in that album's vein?

hi Harvey! although born and raised right here contained in the U.ok. i have not in any respect been into Cream. I do like bits n' products of E.C. i really do like Derek & The Dominos Fillmore & Layla. prevalent little bit of Mr C might want to be: Why Does Love were given To Be So unhappy. The keyboard intro and we are into it. that is a few thing that would pastime you? Bobby Whitlock - A Rock 'n' Roll Autobiography. I examine it very last 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, riveting examine although at cases very heartbreaking. properly worth paying for!

I know that any Clapton fan is a Blues fan. Having said that
I can tell you that E. C. is a big fan of Buddy Guy, Clapton was
quoted saying Buddy Guy is the " best blues guitarist on the
Planet". I don't know if that's of any help, since I don't recall his
first solo effort. Another great player is Robert Cray. I could
go on and on, but what do I know?

Slowhand if you like the lower stuff. Otherwise, go backwards in time and listen to any Cream album.
