Nina. She's an assassin by trade, and she's stone cold. She has no pity for anyone. Tifa, on the other hand, probably isn't even a fighter by trade. She just sort of got dragged into Cloud's battle.

Tifa would whoop that blonde fighter-wannabe. Seriously, Nina's so embarrassing, even her useless sister beats her up.
Tifa on the other hand is a proper martial artist.
