A lot of states including mine (California) will not release a gun to you unless you sign an afadavit that you own a gun safe, if not they are required to sell you a gun lock.

They are illegal (the laws) and unconstitutional. They penalize (by the unnecessary hassle) law-abiding citizens because of the unlawful use of guns for criminal intent. Restricting Rights and registration of guns is the first step of oppression by an out of control government.

They should be limited, and you should be allowed to possess them as long as you're not a felon or have some mental defect. I am in Colorado right now, and I like how our laws are here right now.

I do agree that guns should come with locks, and the last one I bought did. (Springfield XD-40)

they need to be stricter,especially for the people who have,sell,use illegally.1st offense should be at least 15 yrs.yes there are many responsible people who own guns.even responsible people get robbed or get angry and can take a life.there for there should be psychological testing for all who wish to have a gun of any kind,this includes rifles,shot guns any hunting gun.

They aren't strong enough, there should be a long waiting list in all states for a background check and guns should come with locks.
