The song is "Sunrise" and is on the album "Home" by simply Red. amazon has a brief sample, and of course there is always iTunes.

There are a couple, if it is a female singing then it Tamia, then the group Simply Red does a version called "sunrise"( its a male group) I love all versions of this song. The simply red version is the one played quite frequently on the radio today.
