I would like to learn some simple muscle testing and energy healing tech?

to teach my 12 year old daughter. Any good advice will be much appreciated. I just recently learned about applied kenesiology and energy healing

I wish you lived near my town. I would be glad to teach you muscle testing. Its really simple. Start with a pendulum to identify your yes/no polarity. Ask the question, "Which direction will the pendulum swing for a yes answer." Wait and see which way it swings. Do the same for the no answer. Now you have a device that will give you answers. Be patient it takes a little practice. Start asking question with yes/no answers. Ask general question at first to get the feel for it. Stay away from questions that only have one answer. When you get good at this get ready to use the muscles in your arm or fingers. I use the index finger of my dominate hand and the small finger of the other hand. Pull on the fingers to get a feeling for how strong the small finger is without asking a question. then ask for the strength of a yes answer. Hook your fingers together and pull them apart. Now ask for a yes response to your fingers. Your little finger will either get stronger or weaker. The strength of your finger will tell you if it is a yes or no answer. Now start asking questions that you know the correct answer. This will help you know what to look for when you ask questions that you don't have answers for. Practice until you are confident that your head isn't giving you the answers.
