Yes you can. Personally, I would not do it anyway.

Possibly. A lot of times infections/diseases can 'carry over' from one relationship to the next. Symptoms can lie dormant (hidden) for a long time, and not show up until the next relationship, putting you and your partner at risk. This is only a maybe, but it happens, even though you and your current partner are monogamous.

You should both go and get testing done, to be 100% sure. If you're both clean, you can stop using condoms - you can't pass on what you don't have. This requires trust in your relationship that you're both not messing around, so make sure you're ready to take that step.

There are some behaviors that pose a risk of injury (ie, rough anal intercourse can cause tearing in the lining of the anus), so you should always be careful. But if you don't have a disease to pass between you, you don't have to worry. It's just that you have to make sure you don't have anything first.

No it is always good practice and safe to use a condom when having sexual intercourse whether orally or anally. Even if you guys are completely healthy and have gotten tested it does not mean that you are automatically free from developing AIDS or any other STD. It does mean your chance is significantly lowered however don't take it for granted. All it takes is one mistake to mess up. I hope that I have really helped you and you will take my advice into consideration.

IF you trust your partner's fidelity 1000% you no longer have to practice safe sex.

I was with my ex 8 years and we stopped practicing safe sex after the first year and 2 clean tests. When he cheated on me it caused me a lot of concern...not just throwing him onto the street where he belonged, but also concern about my health risk.

although you currently appear to be infection-free, it can take up to 6 months for some sti's to show up. when it has been 6 months since your last sexual contact with someone other than your partner, you should get tested again. also, i know this isn't a pleasant thought, but you need to be sure you trust your partner completely. any indiscretion could place you at risk.

Yes, I don't see why you would keep having to use a condom if you were both completely monogomous to one another. There isn't any sexual activity that can result in an STD if both partners are completely monogomous and STD-free to begin with.

id get tested once again just to be on the safe side and u 2 continue to be loyal to one another then it shudnt be a problem....it doesn't matter if your two guys, two girls, or a guy and a girl...its always best to get checked b4 doing unsafe sex.

using a condom is a hygienic too but it still depends on you.. people sometimes does not use it coz they want their skin to feel on their partner skin... somekind of special bonding

We don't use them, well, except for, um, cleanliness, yeah, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
